Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from CA Design. The below conditions do not affect your statutory rights. At CA Design we endeavor to get the order you desire and want you to understand we work with you and our suppliers in a fair and transparent manner.
PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required for all pre ordered stock. Any available stock item needs to be paid in full. Any Reduced or Sale items need to be paid in full in order to avail of the discount. Once the stock has arrived in the country the full balance must be paid within 48 hours.
Storage: CA Design has limited storage space for your order to be held free of charge. We will hold your furniture once paid in full for a total of 20 days free of charge. Beyond this you will be asked to pay a fee of €50.00 per week to hold the order. Storage fees must be paid in full prior to delivery
PRICING: All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time in response to changes in shipping, supplier or related costs. Orders delivered outside of Ireland may be subject to import duties or additional local charges
Consultancy & Design Services: CA Design offers interior design consultancy and advisory services as part of its overall customer experience. Where design consultations, sourcing, space planning or bespoke advice are provided, these services may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated in advance.
Any consultancy or design fees charged are non-refundable and are separate from the purchase of goods.
Where a consultancy fee is waived or included as part of a project, CA Design reserves the right to charge for this service in the event that the customer does not proceed with a purchase or project following the consultation.
All drawings, layouts, specifications, and design concepts provided by CA Design remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, shared, or used without prior written consent.
RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION: When you place an order, we will email you an order receipt confirmation. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please email us at info@cadesign.ie
Delivery: CA Design arranges delivery through trusted third-party logistics and assembly partners. While delivery typically includes placement within your room of choice and, where applicable, assembly of items, these services are carried out by independent third-party providers.
As such, CA Design’s responsibility is limited to ensuring the goods are delivered to your property. Any handling, placement, or assembly within the property is undertaken at the customer’s own risk, and CA Design accepts no liability for any damage to goods, property, or premises during this process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
· There is safe and adequate access to the property
· All items will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and access points
· The delivery environment is suitable for safe handling and assembly
CA Design accepts no responsibility for items that cannot be delivered or installed due to access restrictions or size limitations. Any failed delivery may result in additional re-delivery charges.
All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery by the customer or their nominated representative:
Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the delivery docket with the delivery provider
Notification must also be sent to CA Design via email to info@cadesign.ie, quoting your order number, within 14 days of delivery
Failure to follow this process may affect eligibility for replacement or claims.
Returns: We have great faith and pride in our products and we want you to be happy with any item that you buy from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery and arrange for the item to be returned within the same 14-day period.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tamper seals intact. In the event that packaging has been removed or disposed of by a third-party delivery provider, the customer must notify us promptly to allow alternative arrangements to be agreed. The customer remains responsible for all return delivery charges.
Replacements for damaged goods will only be issued once the original item has been returned to and received at our warehouse. Where packaging is damaged or has been removed by a third-party delivery provider, the customer must notify CA Design at the time of arranging the exchange
CA Design does not give refunds or replacements for the following items:
If notification has not been received in writing via email within 14 days of delivery of goods
Items returned after 14 days of notifying of your intention to return
Any items that have been made to order e.g. any non-prefabricated pieces which includes but is not limited to ‘Pre-Order’ items and items that are manufactured to a customers specification by Brands like 366 Concept.
Damaged products not notified by telephone or e-mail to us within 14 days
Items returned without original packaging unless previously informed by customer
Restocking Fee: In the event of a return where a refund is agreed, CA Design reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. This fee covers handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with processing the return.
This fee may be applied particularly in cases where items are returned for reasons other than damage or fault, or where items are no longer in their original sale condition.
ACCURACY: CA Design makes every effort to accurately represent the colour and dimensions of products displayed on our website. As many items are handcrafted and made from natural materials, variations in colour,
texture, grain, and size are to be expected and are not considered defects. Please note that screen settings may also affect how colours are displayed. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
CANCELLATIONS: Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be received by us via email within 7 days from the date your order was placed, providing your order has not already been sent out to you. To cancel please email info@cadesign.ie and you will receive a full refund. If your order is not in stock and has gone into production at our factories within the 7 days your order cannot be cancelled.
